Condolences and prayers to Karen and family. Despite the circumstances, Virdean was a joy to see daily. She was so sweet and had a spark to her that we won’t soon forget. May you hold her memory close and have peace in the days to come.

So sorry for the loss of Virdean. I so enjoyed talking to her while caring for her cats. She was such a cool lady. You were very lucky to have her for so many years. I know she will be missed by many.

I think your legacy to us all is most evident in your selfless actions regarding your family. There are too many examples of these actions to list however there are two that are quite personal to me.
As a child you cared for me and my baby sister while by dad was in the hospital recovering from a spinal injury, mom had to be there with dad and you stepped right in. As a young adult I watched for years as you and Grandpa cared for your mom during her last days.
Your legacy of caring survives as your daughter Karen continued those selfless acts described above and I’m sure many more. I am thankful that my mother was able care for you the way you cared for others and as she continues to care for your beloved cats.
I will miss you every day Bombie.
