Victoria was born May 16, 2001, in Lawrence, KS, the daughter of Verner L. Newman IV and Lorra M. Rodak.
Survivors include her father, Verner L. Newman IV, sisters, Ashley Rodak, Elizabeth Newman, paternal grandmother, Kathryn A. Newman, aunts, Rebecca Murphy, Donna Garretson, Theresa Bauer, Lynn Gould, uncles, Robert Rodak, and a host of cousins.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Lorra M. Rodak, paternal grandfather, Verner L. Newman III, and maternal grandparents, Arlen and Donald Rodak.
The family suggests memorials in Victoria's name may be sent in care of Warren-McElwain Mortuary 120 W. 13th St. Lawrence, KS 66044.
