It's with a heavy heart that I mourn the lost of a great woman. It is an extreme honor to have served alongside Susan while in iwakuni. And she is continually missed by all

Greg, Coleen and Colton, words cannot express the great sorrow I feel for your loss. I feel extremely privileged, lucky and proud to have known Susan. She had a huge welcoming heart and her sense of humor was unique as well as unmatched. The memories I have of her will always be cherished as some of the best times of my life. I will always remember her and she will forever occupy a massive place in my heart and mind. All the best to the family.

Colleen, Greg and Colton- I am so very sorry for your loss. Susan was a huge part of my life at one time and I am deeply saddened by her passing. She had a wonderful smile and an infectious laugh that I will remember forever. She was a good friend to me and I'm glad our paths crossed when they did. My thoughts are with you.

Colton, Greg and Colleen: Susan was like our second daughter. We watched her grow up from the time she was in junior high school. She brought a lot of laughter to our home. She will be missed but never forgotten. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

To all of Susan's family- there is nothing I can say to ease the pain of losing Susan. We are all feeling the loss. She was a contagious spirit and I was very lucky to have spent a lot of time with her before I moved 13 years ago. But she will always be here with us. I am so very sorry for your loss.
