Dear Dana - So sorry to read about your Father's passing. I agree with Suzi, I have so many wonderful memories at the Olsen home. Hope it helps to know that others are holding you close in their thoughts at this time.

Millie,
I remember you both so well, and it is so sad to hear of Ron's passing. I recall the many parties you both hosted after the undergraduate honors banquets many years ago. Your desserts were a highlight and your home was always warm and inviting and a great place to enjoy casual conversation with faculty colleagues. Other than Yoshi, Ron was my first contact in Lawrence. He was very influential in my coming to KU. I remember him often, his stories about playing golf in the snow, and our conversations about growing a great lawn. Ron did a great job with zoysia, but it neverworked in my lawn. I will miss him greatly.

We are so very sorry to hear of Ron's passing. I know how much my Mom and Dad enjoyed his and Millie's company...especially on bridge night. With deepest sympathy, Jeff and Cindy Goebel
