He was a dear friend and a very good man. He had respect and good cheer for everyone. I'll always remember him. I think of him often as an example of how to live.

I am deeply saddened by the loss of my dear friend of many years. He was a great, good man, profoundly decent and kind. He took great pride in the accomplishments of his beloved children and grandchildren, and I think he passed from this life a satisfied person. We'll always miss him.
