Peter Bieri Obituary

It has been nearly 7 years now since his passing. My sister, Marcia and I were cousins. He was like a brother to both of us. What a terrible waste of a bright light.

I still remember all the good times we had. He was a best friend that I could always call to talk to.

I still miss you, Butch! I could have used your shoulder when my beloved Rick passed away. You always made me laugh! Love you!

Pete was a very special man. He will be greatly missed by all. May God Bless.

So many good times at KU. Always a smile and something nice to say about everyone. One of the groomsmen at my wedding who brightened the place and got so much attention from one of my uncles, he wanted to hire him - but Pete was destined to be a doctor.

I was so sorry to hear about Pete's passing. I have known the family for many years, and have long considered Pete a friend. He was a kind, talented man, and will be missed by so many. My prayers go out to his family. He will be missed.

Many years ago I was a patient of Dr. Bieri. He was such a kind and gentle doctor, and he made me well when no one else could. I will forever be grateful. My sympathies to Markie and family.

My deepest sympathy to Dr. Bieri's family. I had many professional dealings with him and deposed him many, many times. He was always prepared, genial, professional, and honest. He was a kind soul with a good sense of humor. He will be terribly missed.

He was more like a brother and best friend than a cousin. I could talk to him about anything. He loved his family so much. I will miss his wit and humor and our wonderful conversations.

"Butch" Bieri and I were close running buddies in our high school years in Seneca. The tales of the fun orneryness we got into would make an interesting book. We have stayed in touch for the ensuing 50+ years, and have shared stories of our pride in our kids and grandkids. A great man, I'll miss you Pete!

I was deeply saddened to hear of Dr. Bieri's passing. I talked to him over the phone for many years setting appointments. He will be missed greatly.

I was a patient and he was a wonderful physician. My sympathies to the family.

We are heartbroken to learn of Dr. Bieri's passing. What a loss. We were lucky enough to know him for many years and always looked forward to the chance to call. Our relationship with him was primarily professional, but in the more personal moments, he always talked about his family and particularly his grandchildren with such affection. Prayers for strength and coping to Marki and family as you all deal with the shock and loss.

It is with a heavy heart that we mourn the loss of our cousin, "Butch". He was always there when we needed him.

I am saddened to learn of your loss. Dr. Bieri was one of the kindest, most sincere individuals I have known. Dr. Bieri was a man of impeccable standards and was always a gentlemen when it may have been easier not to.

We have all lost a treasure.

I never met Dr. Bieri in person, only talked to him over the phone for the past 7 years or so in my work. I loved how when Margaret was gone, he would actually answer the phone You don't see that much these days. He was the nicest man and our office will miss him. This breaks my heart for your family. I had the privilege of working with Peter in his office a few years ago and just a couple of weeks ago sought his advice about a friend. The Bieri family had a great man and a great physician for a husband, father, and grand father.
