Paul Winter Obituary

Prayers and condolences out to the family. Paul spent a lot of time with us at Beaver Lake and various other dive sites over the years. He was with us at Norfolk Lake when Neal proposed to me. He even photo-bombed our family wedding picture! We still laugh at it even today. I will miss him very much.

Paul Winter was a major influence on my help as a mental ill person. I loved and respected his music and helped me through the most difficult period of my life. God Bless him as he was a misical genius that helped people like me. I am so sorry to hear of his passing. He wil be missed

It's been many years since I've seen Paul but I remember him as a nice guy and a great scuba instructor who taught me a lot about diving. Peace to his family.

Sorry to hear of Paul's passing.
I have some great memories of scuba diving with Paul. He was fun to be with, he was smart, and I knew we could trust on each other in an emergency. That means a lot!
I wonder how many people are enjoying scuba diving because of Paul. He made it fun, and was good at it!
