Paul Phelps Obituary

Hi, my name is Patrick Montano and I worked with Paul for a few years and I loved this person.... he cracked me up and we went back and forth on several thins... sports etc... I still think about him all the time. He is a great person... I will miss him and know he's in God's hands. May God Bless him and your Family... I'll miss you Paul and will see you in the Glory land. May the Lord comfort your family.
