Ona Mae & Bob Deaver were such kind & generous people. Both always had a warm smile & welcoming attitude. I'm a former horse riding student & both treated me like family. Their help & knowledge was invaluable to me. Always with saftey first. They're both greatly missed. God bless them. They're probably @ a big horse show in heaven without the troubles & woes of the physical body. Besides their kindness, sincerety and honesty they never complained. Ona Mae was so caring & helpful to her husband Bob as she was to all of us. My thoughts & prayers are with friends & family @ this time.

May you continue your reliance on the power and strength that only God can provide at this time. May the God who gives peace be with all of you. Amen--Romans 15:33

The Ona Deaver Family: I am the son of Norma McWherter, who was the next door neighbor of dear Ona in Apartment 209B, since March of 2008. Mom and Ona became good friends, nearly instantly. And much enjoyed countless conversations and calls and visits, and none more so than meeting for church downstairs every Sunday evening at 5:00 p.m. I too enjoyed visiting with her, and felt very comfortable knowing there was a sweet trusted friend just a few steps (or call) away when needed. We well know how difficult it is to lose parents, my Dad and both of my wife's parents in recent years. We know that Ona has received God's great gift of eternal life, and are truly thankful for the peace that this brings. You are all in our thoughts and prayers during this time, as well as our deepest sympathies. Peace be with you, Roger & Kathy McWherter
