I took honors English at KU but regrettably do not remember Mr. Hinton. I do have to note that after that class I woke up to a new appreciation for the reading and writing the English language. Thanks to ones who become teachers.

He was a wonderful English teacher and very supportive of my poetry and creative writing in 102. Such beautiful respite from hellish 101. God Speed Professor Hinton. O Captain! My Captain! Rise up and hear the bells! My condolences to the family.
