A very good guy, and a fabulous athlete. We ALL were in awe of his gymnastic capabilities. I talked with him re: attending the 50th reunion several years ago. He seemed pretty comfortable in the Mountains of Colorado. He is missed!

I remember Mike from Lawrence High School. I didn't know him well, but he was a handsome athletic guy and one of my girlfriends had a huge crush on him. He was friendly to everyone, and a genuinely nice person.

I always enjoyed hearing Mike talk about his adventures, some of which would sound crazy to most people. He lived a full life. He wasn't afraid of anything, including death.
