Grew up listening to Max on the radio long before all the bball games were televised. He was so great at describing the action that for the longest time I wanted to be the Voice of The Jayhawks myself someday. My first job was working at a Pizza business that Max was a silent partner in in Topeka. Got to meet Max after a game in Bramledge. Loved this man. MR. JAYHAWK!
