In Loving Memory
Our beautiful Carol has slipped away from us. Born in Ottawa and very soon after, her family relocated to Tahsis, BC on the Wild West Coast, where she thrived. Another promotional posting for her father took Carol's family to the Western Communities of Colwood where she met Mike, the love of her life, and together they moved to Whistler. Embracing the mountains and returning often to the ocean, Carol and Mike's love of life (and happy black Labs) was truly from Sea to Sky.

You leave this earth as you lived life,
As a beautiful soul.
A shining light for all of us
You are loved and are in our hearts,
Where your light will always shine.
Carol touched a great many. She will be dearly missed by her friends and family members. A celebration of Carol's life will be held Saturday, November 15th, 2025 from 2-5pm at the Nita Lake Lodge, 2131 Lake Placid Road, Whistler, BC.
In lieu of flowers, the family would welcome a donation to the BC Children's Hospital Foundation.
There will be an additional gathering to be planned for family and friends in the spring of 2026 in Sidney, BC.

Lee & I were so saddened to see Carol's obituary in the Times Colonist. She was indeed a beautiful woman filled with personality and we have fond memories of her and the family from those many years ago at Tahsis.

I was so shocked to learn Carol has passed away! Too early for such a wonderful lady. Carol was our bookkeeper for many years. (Callaghan Concrete). She was always smiling. So gently and kind. Nothing was too difficult for her, just an amazing person. Although she worked for us, she quickly became a friend and I looked forward to seeing her on her scheduled days. My heart goes out to Mike and her family.
