Lynn was born on February 29, 1956, in Independence, Missouri, the daughter of Wilson Howard and Catherine Elizabeth (Allison) Cochran.

She had a love and talent for arts and crafts that she passed down to her own children and grandchildren. Lynn had an uncanny ability to bring all the family together and keep them happily busy with all manner of projects and games for days on end. Lynn also had a family of close, loving friends and cherished the time she spent with them.

Survivors include her partner in life, David McClure, Perry; her son, Keith (Michelle) Goldston; her daughter, Hollen Goldston; her sister, Diane Hancock; grandchildren, Savannah, Kathlyn, Emma, and Madelyn and two great-grandchildren, Amelia and Kai.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and brother, Rusty Cochran.

David and family, The world has lost a true treasure. Lynn was one of a kind. She was truly the type of person you enjoyed having as a friend. I met her when I worked at GCSAA for several years during their annual show. She welcomed me and made me feel so accepted and comfortable. We shared a few really fun adventures. She always went out of her way to answer questions and help me. Over the past years if we ran into each other around town it was as though we had seen each other the day before. A truly bright light has left us but we all have wonderful, loving memories of her. Blessings to you all. Barb Roever
