The first day I met Linda at Desoto Baptist Church I instantly fell in love with her. The first time I went to her home we were wearing the exact same clothes - grey sweats. We knew then that we were destined to be good friends. Her love for the Lord was contagious. She was such a wonderful prayer warrior and had such an impact on us at Desoto Baptist church, both in Sunday School and in our Monday nite prayer group. Her wisdom and Love for the Lord inspired us very much and we will miss her. I love you Linda Flowers and I look forward to seeing you in your heavenly home. Thank you for being my friend!

We are separated now only by this earthen vessel, but our spirits are bound throughout eternity in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Rest in His bosom until we come together again in Him.

What a beautiful memory. To know Linda was an experience. She would tell you of the good the bad and the ugly. While doing her hair, she would tell me about her wonderful husband and awesome he was.she would tell me that her daughter was beautiful. She would tell me about her sons and her grandchildren. She took pleasure in representing our most high God. To hear her speak of God's grace, mercy and goodness made you feel like whatever she knew or had you wanted it to. I'm saddened to learn of your passing and you will be missed. The last words you she to me in our last conversation hrs before she passed gives me comfort in knowing that she knew her destiney. All was in God's hands.
