Lenora Jean (Reynolds) Krutz

1/9/1939-6/15/2018

Lenora passed peacefully in Rochester, NY on June 15, 2018.

Born in Sprakers NY to Arthur and Sadie Reynolds. Lenora lived in Sprakers for 47 years before moving to Eudora, Kansas. Lenora resided in Eudora, Kansas until 12/2017 where she moved to Rochester, NY. Lenora married Stephen Krutz in 1955 and raised 7 children. Lenora and Steve were married 57 years before Steve's death in 2012. Lenora was a giving person and still found time to teach Sunday School and Vacation Bible School at the Reformed Church of Sprakers Lenora and Steve also enjoyed many years as EMTs with the Canajoharie Volunteer Ambulance Corp. Lenora was a Cub Scout Den leader for the boys of Sprakers and she was also an avid reader, enjoyed bowling, and square dancing back in the day.

Lenora is predeceased by her father, mother, husband Stephen Paul Krutz, brothers Wayne, Francis, and Raymond Reynolds, sisters Ann Diehl, Marion Myklak and Eva Ballard, son Paul Krutz, and great granddaughter Ainslee Jump.

She is survived by her siblings Alton and Arthur (Margaret) Reynolds, sons; Steve (Kathy), Tim, Michael, David C. Krutz and daughters Sue(Tim) Flynn and Shawnee (Terry) Jewett. Lenora was also blessed with 21 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

A memorial service will be held for Lenora in Eudora Kansas at a future date.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to any Ronald McDonald House in her memory.
