Kenny was the best school bus driver a kid could ask for. He was mine for years, even up to my freshman year (2012-2013). He was always there to listen if we needed to talk and he always cared about our safety. Kenny was the absolute BEST man in the world!

I am sorry for your loss. Kenny used to be my sons bus driver. He really liked him. Every time we would drive past his house he would say "that's Kenny's house!!"

Dear Wilcox family so sorry to hear about Kenny's passing. When I attended Bonner Springs High School he would at times drive the bus I rode.Mr.Wilcox was a very kind hearted man. An if you boarded the bus and was in a down mood he was sure to cheer you up.He could just give a smile when you would board his bus and that would make everything better and cheer you up.He will be missed for sure but,not soon to be forgotten. For heaven has gained another precious soul of which will be watching over. With deepest sympathy to all of the Kenny Wilcox family in the loss of Kenny. That was quite a shock. We saw him not long ago at Walmart and he had no complaints, even saying he was driving the bus still. So, so sorry and our thoughts and prayers go out to the entire family. He was a wonderful man and loved by many. We are glad we knew him as a friend. We knew we could depend on if we needed him.

There is no way I could put it into a paragraph. The Wilcox's was my second home growing up. Kenny and Janet included all the kids in our neighborhood. Would not trade a single moment or memory. You know you all are in our hearts.
