Kasey was extraordinarily talented in all areas of life. A singer, musician, auctioneer, friend, sister, aunt, sister-in-law, and partner. I can still hear her singing at Sunflower, with her band or Beth Scalet , or calling out bids at the Art Auction. Everyone was attracted to Kasey, her personality , beauty , and talent preceded her. Everyone in Lawrence knew her, her personality was that big. Generous always, kind, loving, and ready for a good time. Kasey is that friend you always remember. I am so happy to know that she is with her family and friends and all her animals! All that love!!! Love you Kasey

Oh, Kacey - SO many memories ~
the yard sales at 802 Ct,
the kayakers after the amazing thunderstorm in `80;
"802-1=441",
Evenings at the Eldridge;
"You Send Me";
seeing you auction a stuffed rattlesnake for $50, and a square of shingles for $90 (and admonishing the bidder: "You know it´s NOT worth that, right...? SOLD!!"
"Heart on (her) sleeve, and foot on a banana peel" .... That´s her.
Thanks for such beautiful memories.
I hope you´re singing with that amazing choir. Love, always, dear friend~

So much music and memories my dear K!
I don´t know how it was missed but a big thank you to Connie and Kari Wold for being by K´s side over the past 10 years.
Connie, thank you for the hours we sat together playing music for K as we witnessed her transition to heaven.
Thanks for the music and joy Kasey!

My condolences to all the Wold family. Karen´s joie
de vivre will long be remembered by all that knew
her. She was as corny as Kansas in August, an
Optimist to the bone and a charmer. Karen was
a happiness magnet that drew good things and
good people to her.
My best memories of Kasey are of her playing guitars and singing with others in various living rooms in Emporia and Lawrence late into the night.
We were surrounded by the warmth of our laughter, music and our friends.
