Judith Kerr Obituary

Judith Kerr, 68, Tonganoxie, KS, died Friday January 13, 2012 at her home. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday January 17, 2012 at the Tonganoxie Christian Church. Burial will follow in Hubbel Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Monday at the Quisenberry Funeral Home, Tonganoxie. Judith was born April 22, 1943 in Moorhead, MN, the daughter of Lawrence and Erna Rusert Kraft. She received a Bachelor in Science Degree from North Dakota State University in 1965. She was united in marriage to Marvin Kerr on December 17, 1966 in North Kansas City, MO. She worked for the Tonganoxie Nursing Center as the Dietary Manager. Survivors include her husband, Marvin Kerr, of the home; two sons, Marty Kerr, McLouth, KS and Mark Kerr, Joplin, MO; three daughters, Marla Saeger, Columbus, OH, Marena Kerr, Olympia, WA and Marcie Pope, Tonganoxie, KS; two brothers, Arlyn Kraft, Mapleton, ND, and Phillip Kraft, Sterling Heights, MI; one sister, Phylis Schroeder, St. George, UT; and six grandchildren.
