The transplant world lost a wonderful coordinator who took very special care of the kidney transplant patients. I lost a colleague who taught me so much, but mostly I lost a friend who I loved. I know we have a special angel looking over us now. Thank you for your service and friendship over all these years, Judy. You will be missed every day.

I worked with Judy closely since 1995. She taught me so much about kidney transplant. I saw her compassion and dedication to our patients well after working hours. May she rest in peace. I am lucky to have known her. My thoughts and prayers are with her family.

When "patient care" is defined one could just say Judy Greathouse. She touched, and literally saved, the lives of countless patients when they needed a vigilant angel looking out for them as they dared to hope for new life from a kidney transplant.

Judy and I shared many years working in the field of transplantation. She "came out of retirement" on more than one occasion, always surprising me with her calls. She was a terrific lady!

Our family will be forever grateful to Judy. She is, very likely the reason my husband continues to thrive 23 years post transplant. She was so kind and helpful to a very scared family. We will never forget her. Condolences to the family.
