Many lasting memories of our early teenage years are not gone, and a big part of that blessing is John.
From my grade school years I always felt welcomed in your house that was also my home, where peace love kindness and patience that John and your mom brought was shown.
My trips back to Lawrence will be different, without John in your family for my visits.
John is loved and will be forever missed.
Prayers wishes and hopes are sent
Only God knows how much to me your family has meant.
The joy and blessings that John brought into our lives, through our friendship and love will always survive.
May God bless and keep these memories and Dad's soul!
Your son,
Johnny Tubbs

Margaret,
I regret that I'm unable to get out of work on time to attend John's services. I want you to know my thoughts are with you even if I am unable to be. I hope to see you soon. You have many people who love you. Condolences.
