Rick and Anne, so sorry for your loss. Max and I enjoyed our friendship with your parents and the times spent with them in Lawrence visiting with Roy and Mary Borgen and in Colorado with your family. Appreciate Joann's mentoring of my son Kris in his early career and your friendship with my son Rick.

Joan was an amazing person. We got know her when we bought our home from the estate of her late husband, Gordon. The stories she and her family told us of the home were treasures.
