Jeffery Flottman Obituary

Lori, Jenna, and Garrett please accept our condolences. We are truly sorry to hear about Jeff's passing. As neighbors, we didn't know him well but he was obviously loved by many and gave of himself to others. A wonderful person like Jeff leaves memories you will cherish forever.

Please accept my deepest condolences for your lost. I recently met Jeff at the Chamber golf tournament and was luckily enough to team up with him. I could tell right away that he had passion for his family and friends, as well as golf:) I am so glad I got to know Jeff and I am saddened that I will not be able to further that friendship. May God bless you and your family during this difficult time.

Jeff and I would often work the night shift in valet parking while in school, he at Crown Center and myself at the Hyatt. We knew at the end of the shift we would head out for some breakfast and tell stories of what had happened during our shift. He was a great person and always positive. They are some great memories.

You left us too soon dear friend but we will see you again one day. God's blessings and comfort to your family and loved ones.

The childhood memories. Jeff was my childhood buddy. Way back when we both had hair. Hot wheel races, major Matt mason , hide and seek and all the other things buddy's do . What a Man he has become. I'm so proud of who he became. Not really surprising to me . I was lucky to be a part of his beginnings and the quality of parental guidance. Mr and Mrs flottman did an excellent job . I thank them , Marci and Terry for sharing Jeff with me so many years ago. And to his son and daughter and loving Wife. Jeff was a golden soul. I only wish our world had more fathers and family men like him. I do believe that god does have a plan for him. Oh make no mistake he ain't done yet. God bless you all as you will be in my thoughts and prayers. And as for you Jeff ok you did have the coolest matchbox cars.

Vernis and Larry, We are so saddened to hear of your loss. Your son certainly was involved in so many worthwhile charities and sounds as though he will certainly be missed. Your faith in God will surely comfort you now and in the future and you will have many happy memories to recall as well.

Lori, Jenna and Garrett, It is a tribute to Jeff to read the sincere outpouring of love for your husband, father and family. Know that our thoughts and prayers are with each of you. Jeff was truly a good man and our family talked about how he made it a point to keep up with each of us. Jeff was such a wonderful Man and like Adam said......"Well done, my good and faithful servant" is the perfect way to describe him. He was a great mentor to Liam McGuire during his confirmation and scouts. He will be greatly missed by all, but remembered as a hero to all. Especially those in need. Blessings to you all.

I was so saddened to hear about Jeff's passing. I had Jeff in many of my high school classes. He was truly one of the kindest people I have ever known. We lost contact after graduation but he certainly continued his path of caring so much for others. Larry and Vernis, I am so sorry for your loss!

Jeff always modeled servant leadership and selfless service. His legacy is at the heart of our Church's service to the community, churches around the world and to Our Lord & Savior Christ Jesus.

I spent several summers working with Jeff on the Coleman Trucks. He always had a fun loving positive attitude. My heart goes out the the Flottman and Engleman family, he will be missed.

I was so saddened to hear of Jeff's passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with your entire family during this season of mourning. Our community was better because of Jeff. His energy, smile and tireless service to others were an example to those who knew him. While we grieve with you, we know that he is with the God that he served daily. Lori and children - So sorry to hear of Jeff's death. I know that he continued to be one of the "good guys" that found that he was after I met him. I will be thinking and praying for you as you transition to becoming somewhat accustomed to his absence. I lost my wife about 3+ years and I still am reminded of her absence.

There was never a friendlier face to be found in a crowd than Jeff's. He was always a person I gravitated toward because of his genuine smile and joy. Although I'll miss him always, as I know everybody that knew him will, I know he lived his life to the fullest; and walked the walk. God bless him, and his family.
