Jason Hill Obituary
Jason Nathanial Hill, 35, died peacefully at his home in Prairie Village, KS on January 31, 2014.
He was born on March 18, 1978 in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio the son of Thomas Richard and Robin Rene (Ragland) Hill.
Jason was one of those rare people that never met a stranger. His sense of humor was unrivaled, his laughter infectious, and nothing delighted him more than making others laugh. He was always the first to help someone in need. His gentle kindness, generosity and his love of life will be greatly missed by family and friends.
Survivors include his parents , Tom and Robin, Leawood, KS; sister, Sally A. (Hill) Rork and husband, Dan, Lawrence; grandparents, Sue Hill, Lawrence, Kenn and Sally Ragland, Branson, MO; Many loving Aunts, Uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Richard D. Hill.
Private Celebration of Life will be held. Inurnment will take place at Oak Hill Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial contributions may be made in his name to Lawrence Memorial Hospital Endowment Association and may be sent in care of Warren-McElwain Mortuary.

To the Hill Family,
I would like to express my deepest sympathy for your loss. I came to know Jason while playing youth basketball together in middle school. We attended high school together, and then College at KU. I am proud to be a fraternity brother of Jason's as well. Jason was always a taker for having a great time, and had an undeniably great sense of humor. He will be missed by many. Robin and family, so deeply sorry to read of your loss. I wish I had wise words to make it feel better, but there are no words, I've lost my younger brother and a younger sister, and know how difficult that is for me, and just how difficult (even more so I imagine) for my parents. Losing a child, is the wrong order of things. Please know, and hopefully find comfort from long ago friends, that are keeping you in Prayer and in thought. Deepest condolences.
