Edna Smith Obituary
Edna Lorene Smith of Indianapolis, Indiana and formerly Longboat Key, Florida, passed away on January 2, 2013. She was born February 21, 1918 to Edna and Loren Williams on a farm near Baldwin City, Kansas. She married Donald M. Smith on November 9, 1940.
She is survived by two children, a daughter, Donna (Pat) Taylor, and a son, Roger (Linda) Smith; four grandchildren, Ross (Cindy) Smith, Ryan (Angie) Smith, Aaron (Julie) Savickis and Meagan Savickis; four great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Donald M. Smith and four brothers and sisters.
Arrangements are being handled by Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, Noblesville, Indiana.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 50 East 91st Street, Suite 100 Indianapolis, IN 46240.
