I wish to express my heartfelt sympathy to Jean, and Eddie's family. I looked forward to seeing Eddie each year when I would visit my parents, Eleanor and Ed Larkin (neighbors in Building A at Mt. Vernon). I did not visit this past winter because my dad remained in Michigan this year. Eddie always greeted me with a sparkle in his eyes and a warm smile. I greatly enjoyed our conversations in the parking lot, coming back from the pool, or when he'd stop while on his bicycle to chat. Jean and Eddie let my father bunk with them while he put his unit back together after the hurricane, and I greatly appreciate how kind they were to my dad during that time. I will miss Eddie, and just wanted to let you know I thought he was the sweetest man.

I was saddened to hear the loss of Eddie. He was a great guy and I enjoyed our conversations. He would always give a solid handshake and had many interesting stories to tell. My condolences to the family and friends of Eddie, he will be missed.

Jean and family, we were heart-sick to hear of Eddies passing. He was a very special man. We used to enjoy seeing him ride around Mount Vernon on his bike and especially loved seeing him enjoying himself on the dance floor with his beloved Jean.
He was a true gentleman and we're blessed to have gotten to know him. He will be missed.

Cindy and Family, I am so sorry for your great loss. I have fond memories when I worked with him in Kansas City and Lawrence in customer services for the Postal Service. He was the nicest man! He loved his family so very much. Sending love your way-
