I did not know that my friend Earle has passed until I read my Facebook page. I will always remember Earle for his wise-cracks and infectious laughter. And he was a pretty good golfer. But most of all his willingness to help! I will never forget his tip that led to work at a local television station. You will be missed Earle. But you won't have to deal with life's issues anymore. Rest my friend!

Although I didn't know Earle in his later years, I did know him as a boy and a young man. He was a close friend of my brother Scott, and a genuine treasure, as were and are all of the Browns. I am deeply sorry you have lost him, but oh, the wonderful memories you must have!

We are so very sorry for your loss. You don't know me but I am a Brown cousin that only a year ago found Ellen. I wish I could have met Earle and his family. We were planning on trying to do that next year and I am not surprised that Earle was a nice guy. We share the same gg grandfather, John W Brown, the founding father of Auburn, Ks. My dad had nothing but glowing things to say about our Browns. I loved our Browns, too. Mike and Pamela Brown Sensney.

Earle was such a kind and witty guy. He was very proud of his children and was the best person ever to discuss March Madness highlights with. Extending my deepest sympathy to his beloved Stephanie and family.
