Dolores Moseley Obituary

It's been a year that Dolores has been gone, I really miss her. I still expect her to phone and I still want to phone her. I've added a photo of some of us sisters--

I worked with Dolores at Watkins Memorial, so knew her for over 35 years. Once Dolores was your friend, she was your friend for life. Might not see her for years and then we picked up right where we left off, usually laughing. Saw her last in 2014 on my way through Lawrence. I loved her laugh, her sense of humor and miss her. Goodbye my funny friend.

The things we remember about people after they leave us - I remember Dolores' laugh and I remember her famous deviled eggs. Of course, I remember much more. She was never too busy to listen. She was loved and appreciated by many, many people who needed her and by many who just plain enjoyed her friendship and her sense of humor. Rest well, my friend.

Bill, Mark and Amy - I was shocked to hear that Dolores passed away. You may remember that she was my and Eds friend when you all were very young, before she worked at the DAs Office. The first time I met her she told me about you three, how much she loved you and how lucky she was to have you in her life. Besides our personal friendship, I was fortunate to work with her for 20+ years. As many others have noted, she was a compassionate yet fierce advocate for the many many victims of often horrendous crimes. I dont think she was aware of how many people cared for her or the strong impact she had on the people she helped. Dolores was an amazing woman. The work she did for victims of abuse was amazing. I met her through her work . She was a very compassionate person. She will be missed

Bill, Mark and Amy - Your Mom was one of the best. She was more than just a co-worker to me, she was my friend. She's going to be missed.

Condolences to her family. Did not work with Delores extremely often, or closely, but we shared laughs several times over the years that I worked around her. She will be missed.

I knew Dolores thru the DA office, I worked in Law Enforcement. I seen her every going to DA office to take reports and she always had a smile for you and would cheer you up. Mary Rogers

It was a great pleasure to work with Dolores in the District Attorney's Office. Her assistance in dealing with victims and witnesses was invaluable to me. Dolores was a delightful person who loved her children and grandchildren greatly. I always enjoyed her outlook and sense of humor!

Dolores will be missed by all of us that had the opportunity to work with her and all of those that she helped in her many years with the District Attorney's Office .. She will be missed by many. Jerry and Rhonda Wells
