Miss Dixie, I still think of you often! Every time I do, a smile comes to my face. I can only imagine the same smiles you are bringing in Gods home now. Thank you for my memories, Dixie!

Oh Dixie! I will always hold you special in my heart. Keep picking those darn dandelions in Heaven’s garden, my dear friend. Big hugs!

Your Mom was such a neat lady, my Mom, Martha DeBusk Horner used to tell stories of them when growing up. When I went to Aunt Cleo's I was always so excited when your Mom was there too. I have a picture of your Mom & Dad and My Mom & Dad from years ago all decked out in Purple going to a K State Bowl game. Cherish your memories!!!

Im sorry about your lose guys. Many many years ago Dixie was one of my favorite neighborhood moms. Always so nice and sweet.

We all went to Soldier High School. What memories I have of Dixie & Don. Dixie was a beautiful person, always so kind & thoughtful. She has had many crosses to bear by losing her loved ones. She is at peace, no more pain. My sympathy to her 3 sons. God Bless.

I new both of your parents for a long time as well as the rest of your family.I seen Dixie just last mo. with Jay,and this is a blessing,she is now in a much better place where there is no pain.You kids took such great care of your Mom in her later years,and i know that you have to feel good about that.She will be missed.

Boys... You know how much I adored your mom and respected how dedicated all of you were to her, especially during the long months of rehab. My heart is sad but I have wonderful memories! Hugs and prayers to all of you. Dixie will be missed

Though we had little time to get to know Dixie or you, we thank you for the privilege to have been even a small part of her last days. Now know that our support is available to you as you engage the days, weeks and months ahead without her. We are just a call away with a listening ear and caring heart.

Also, know that our prayers and thoughts are with you in these days as in so many ways you are saying goodbye to your beloved mother, mother-in-law and grandmother.

Dixie-You will always be remembered as the most wonderful Mom, Mother In Law, Grandma and Friend to all of us. My children and I have been so blessed to have had you in our lives and to have been a part of your precious family. God needed his Angel home, but you will always be on our minds and in our hearts. Love you and will miss you forever.
