Dennis Pfantz Obituary

Dennis George Pfantz, age 73, of Baldwin City, KS, passed away June 28, 2018, at his home. He was born April 20, 1945 in Lawrence, KS, the son of George Pfantz and Virgie (Paulson) Pfantz. Dennis was a lifelong Douglas County resident residing in Lawrence and Baldwin City all of his life. He graduated from Lawrence High School with the class of 1964.

In January of 1966 Dennis entered the United States Navy and proudly served his country during the Vietnam War until his honorable discharge in 1969.

Dennis was a laborer most of his working career, primarily working as a welder.

He is survived by his four siblings; Mary (Cathy) Wempe of Lawrence, KS, Tricia Hartpence of Baldwin City, KS, Doug Pfantz and his wife, Laurie, of Lawrence, KS, Ginny Roseberry of Baldwin City, KS and many nieces and nephews.

Dennis is preceded in death by his parents.
