Funeral: A remembrance service will be at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Sanders Funeral Home. Visitation: The family will receive friends 6 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Sanders Funeral Home. Service will take place 11 a.m. Thursday at Sanders Funeral Home.
Memorials: The family suggests memorials to the Texas Heart Institute, Box 20345, Houston, Texas 77225-0345.
David was born April 17, 1969, in Fort Worth. He was a 1987 graduate of Monterey High School in Lubbock. He graduated from Texas Christian University with a bachelor of science degree in 1992. He married Joy McSpadden on Jan. 28, 1995, in Snyder. He was a pharmaceutical representative.
His father, Harold Harveson, and father-in-law, W.B. McSpadden, preceded him in death.
Survivors: His wife, Joy Harveson of Lubbock; mother, Judy Harveson of Lubbock; sisters, Melissa Barthold and Amy Duggan, both of Lubbock; brothers, Louis Harveson of Alpine and Ben Harveson of Fort Worth; and nine nieces and nephews.
