Danny did some part time work for my business in the late 80's, washing trucks outdoors. That guy was a bundle of energy! I've never forgotten the hardest, quickest worker I ever had. He did the work of two people, never came late, never left early, never quit moving, and never quit smiling! A pleasure and treasure to work with. 25 years later, I never have, and never will forget the hardest working, fastest and happiest employee I ever had.

Hank and I were so shocked and sorry to hear of Danny's passing. He had a heart as big as all outdoors. Not long ago Danny called to say that he had something he wanted to give to us. He wanted to keep it a secret but like a little kid he was too, excited so he had to tell me. His friend did wonderful crocheting and he had her make a n owl in memory of Arden(Hank's dad) and the radio station. He is wearing earphones with KLWN on one and 1320 on the other glasses and a name tag of ARDEN BOOTH. It is so special and he was so excited to give it to us. They brought it to Hank at the radio station and were able to have a nice chat. Danny spent apt of time thinking about people's needs and thoughtful things he did for them. The world is less bright without his big smile and loving heart. RIP Danny you will be missed.

I was shocked to see this. Danny was such a great support to this community; calling in to KLWN with weather reports from his home and I so enjoyed hearing from him. Please accept my condolences on your loss; many of us were lifted by Danny and his spirit.

Like many others, I always knew when I saw Danny he would greet me with a smile and shake my hand. He always wanted to know how I was doing. I'll miss that smile and handshake, but I'll have the good memory of Danny the rest of my life. RIP Danny.

Imagine my surprise when Danny walked into my workplace a couple of years ago, on business. I hadn't seen him since 1978, when I taught at his high school. Danny was such a wonderful guy, and very thoughtful. It was great to know he was doing what he loved best, in life. My thoughts go to his siblings, that I knew as well. Kathy (Sugg)Horniman

I have known Danny since I was a little girl. He had an infectious smile and the best laugh. I saw him a few weeks ago and he gave me the biggest hug. He will be missed.

Rest in Peace my friend. I will miss your laughter, your smile, your crazy ability to turn a bad day into a good one for anyone. Your wit, your charm, your never ending love for your furry friends. Spread your wings and fly angel, and watch over us all until we meet again.

Even though you have left us in body, your spirit and friendship will be with us forever. Every time we think of you or tell a story about you a smile will come to our faces. We all are better for having the honor to know and work with you. I will miss you.

Danny was one of those guys that people just wanted to be around. He always would put a smile on your face. He was "one of the good ones." He will be missed greatly by many people. I have a saying on my desk that reminds me of Danny Clouse, it reads as follows. A senior firefighter was speaking with a young recruit. The old man said, "Son today you are strong and healthy. There will come a day when you are old, tired and weak. Someone will ask you what it was you did in your day. And you will say, "I was a firefighter." And those words alone will be enough. Rest in peace my brother, we will take it from here.

Have so many good memories of spending time and working with you. From running calls to playing ball, ski trips, canoe trips, or just enjoying our time to gather, you always made me laugh or smile. You left us way to soon and I will never forget you. Love you my Brother.
