Daniel Blevins Obituary

Daniel Otis Blevins 66, passed away Friday, June 8, 2018. In his final moments he was surrounded by all of his children. Danny was born to parents Otis & Faye Blevins of Lawrence, KS on October 3, 1951. He was a graduate of Central High School in 1969, and he served in the US Marines Corp from 1969-1973. Over the years he was employed by Color Press, Treasure Chest and Vertas as a press operator. His favorite past time activities were bow hunting and fishing. Danny's greatest passion was for his family and he is survived by his children, Danielle LaVeta Clements, Jesse Daniel Blevins, Joshua Caleb Blevins, Teresa Freeman Blevins and stepson James Breitenbach, and 17 grandchildren and 1 Great grandchild. Chapel Oaks Funeral of Lawrence Ks will facilitate the service. The funeral will be held Saturday 10am June 16, 2018 at 802 West 22nd Terr Cornerstone Baptist Church.
