Dale Merriman Obituary
Dale was born in Beresford, South Dakota on July 4, 1948, one of eight children of Donald and Elaine Dahlin Merriman. He graduated high school in Beresford and joined the United States Air Force and served 4 years in Germany. He then acquired his bachelor's degree at Washburn University. Dale married Judi Bennett on September 4, 1976, in Topeka. He was an accountant and retired from Oneok Gas Company.
Dale is survived by his wife, Judi; children, Michelle Hatfield (Jeff), John Merriman (Andrea) and Drew Merriman; grandchild, Emily Mills (Aaron); great-grandchild, Maddie Mills; and five siblings. He was preceded in death by his parents, and two siblings.
Cremation is planned and services will be planned for a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Parkinson's Foundation, and sent in care of Kevin Brennan Family Funeral Home, 2801 SW Urish Road, Topeka KS 66614. Condolences may be made online to www.kevinbrennanfamily.com.
