Cynthia Norris Obituary

Mrs. Cynthia H. Norris, 97, passed away Tuesday, September 17, 2013 at the WillowBrook Assisted Living in Lake City after an extended illness. She was the daughter of the late Eugene and Louise Pent Howanitz. She had made
Lake City her home having moved here from Virginia. She was the widow of the late Reverend Thomas Woodrow Norris. She enjoyed gospel music and playing the piano. She was a member of the Ermine Church of God.
She is survived by her caregiver, Sherlyn Ashe of Lake City, FL. and close friends Mildred Keen and Pauline Cherry of Lake City, FL, and a host of nieces and nephews. 
Funeral Service for Mrs. Norris will be conducted Monday, September 23, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. at the Dees-Parrish Family Funeral Home Chapel.  Reverend Ken Davis from Cleveland, TN will be officiating, and Pastor Terry Thompson from Vero Beach, FL assisting. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service time on Monday in the Chapel.  Interment will
follow at the Siloam Methodist Church Cemetery.  Dees-Parrish Family Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements, 458 South Marion Avenue Lake City, FL. 32025. Please sign guestbook at parrishfamilyfuneralhome.com.
