She was preceded in death by husband, Ronnie, sons, Ronald L Thomas Jr, Victor C Thomas, Mother, Father and brother Jerry Douglas.
Survivors include daughter Valeri Decker, Baldwin, 2 grand-daughters Kelsey Thomas, Wellsville, Tara Decker, Baldwin, sister Cindy Eagan, Baldwin, brothers S. Garry Douglas, Auburn, and Jackie Douglas, Sacramento CA.
Celebration of Life will be held from 2-4pm Saturday, 4/22/17, at Ives Chapel,
Baldwin. In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to Connie Thomas @ Baldwin State Bank.

I am so sorry for your loss! Connie was a wonderful person. She will be missed greatly! I had Tara in school. Please let her know I am thinking of her and would love to see her or help any way I can.
