Charles Bredehoft Obituary
One sure way to see Charlie smile was watching him open any present no matter how small it may be. His love of cows, and anything farm related was one of his favorites. In his spare time Charlie loved to shred papers, clean, rake leaves, and watch any sport involving the Kansas City Chiefs, Kansas City Royals, and the University of Kansas Jayhawks.
Charlie is preceded in death by his parents Reinhold and Clara Bredehoft.
Those left to carry on his memory are his brother Marvin Bredehoft (Lawrence, Ks), sister Dorothy Bredehoft (Independence, Ks), along with all of his friends and family at New Beginnings.
Visitation will be held on January 6, 2023 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at Potts Chapel in Independence with funeral service being on January 7, 2023 at 10:00am at Zion Lutheran Church, 219 South 10th Independence.
The family would like to extend their deepest thanks to all of Charlie's Angels, Harry Hynes Hospice and the Bridges Program for their dedicated care along with the Zion (Independence, Ks) and Imanual (Lawrence,Ks) Lutheran church for their many years of prayers
Family suggests memorials to Harry Hynes Hospice, Zion Lutheran Church and New Beginnings. Donations may be left with Potts Chapel at 122 South Penn Ave, Independence, KS. 67301

Charlie's smile lit up the room whenever we talked about Ku,Royals and the Chiefs he loved his sports teams. He was always happy and it made my job easier,I love and Miss him!
