I am sorry to hear of Bill's death. It's you, Beverly, that I remember the most. I rode to work with you the first year we were married. That was 1951-52 & I admired you a great deal. I know Bill had a very nice life, but that doesn't mean that you won't miss him a great deal. Just wanted you to know I've been thinking of you. Mary Jo Gould

We have lost another of the "greatest generation". While one of the younger members of that generation he was one of the best. He is my "hero". He accomplished so many things in an exemplary fashion and always so humble. I am a much better person for having the opportunity to know him as a friend. Gary Padgett
