Betty Brady Obituary

Betty L. Brady, 96, was born in Kansas City, Kansas on February 4th, 1927, to parents Lyman and Ruth Ketchum. She passed away in Overland Park, Kansas on Tuesday, May 30, 2023.

Betty attended the University of Kansas where she studied accounting and was a member of the KU marching band. Betty worked most of her life as an accountant at her son's chiropractic practice. She loved many things in her life, including the KU Jayhawks, Kansas City Chiefs and most of all animals.

She is preceded in death by her husband, John R. Brady; her daughter, Lori Brady; her son, Bruce Brady; sister, June Joyce (Pat); and her parents Lyman and Ruth. She is survived by her son, James T. Brady, D.C. (Laura Varel). Due to an immune compromised family member, a private family graveside service will be held. No live flowers please. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested to have cards sent to James T. Brady, D.C. at Advantage Medical Group, 1104 E 23rd St Lawrence, Kansas 66046.
