Frankie and Children:

I am Tom Phillips (Jr). Our families attended St. Andrews in Derby together. Art was a Prince of a man and along with Frankie was dear to my father Tom and mother Sylvia. Tom is gone and Sylvia's memory has faded. On behalf of them and my siblings Susan, Lori and Tim, you have our deepest sympathies.
