Shawn Pakkila Obituary

Gardner - Shawn Pakkila (Wirtanen), 44 born on June 26, 1980, in Leominster, Massachusetts, passed away on February 7, 2025 after an illness surrounded by family. He was known affectionately by friends and family as S.P.

Shawn was a loving fiancé to Alicia Schoonover and a proud father to his son, Troy Stowell. He cherished his multiple grandchildren, who brought immense joy to his life. He is survived by his father, Al Perry, and mother, Linda Perry, as well as his biological mother Cynthia Carreiro, siblings Daniel Michael Carreiro, Corey James Carreiro,Tina Albano, Erick Pakkila Sr., Mark Perry, Thomas Perry, and Michael Perry. Alongside his nieces Kristi Pakkila, Kayla Pakkila and nephew Erick Pakkila Jr.

A passionate lover of graffiti and music, Shawn had an innate ability to connect with people through his kindness, and sense of humor. He enjoyed spending time with his friends and family. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

At this time all services will be kept private. There will be a celebration of life held in the near future, details to follow.
