Seymour, Tennessee - Rita Moore Stephenson, 93, passed away on Good Friday bathed in love and compassion from family and friends. Special thanks to the hospice care givers and other family members who were so instrumental in caring for her. No matter where she lived she was a member of a civic choral society, operatic choir, or church performing group. Preceded in death by husband, Charles Jr.; and sons, Albert and Kasey. Survived by sons, Charles III, and wife Sue, and Leigh, and wife Tina; and a host of loving grandchildren and great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to Mission Arlington.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at Greenwood Funeral Home in Memorial Suite B, 3344 White Settlement Rd., Fort Worth, Texas 76107, from 6 - 8 p.m. The funeral service will take place on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 11 a.m. at First Baptist Church Arlington; followed by a graveside service at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery at 1 p.m.
