Lou Wester Obituary
She was born February 3,1950 in Fort Worth Texas to Bill and Mary Lucille Adams.
She is preceded by her father Bill and sister Denese Adams Jones. She is survived by her mother Mary Lucille, nephew Clint Faught and great niece Riley Faught, Paul Demgen, his son's Erick (Heather), Drew (Sara) and 4 grandchildren.
Though Lou Ann is departed, she has left a legacy of love that will continue to touch the lives of family and friends. Lou Ann enjoyed being with her college friends "The Pearl Girls" who would often get together and celebrate old times.
She loved to travel with friends and was a avid reader. These memories will always be in their hearts. She was known by everyone for her kindness and generosity.
She attended Texas Tech University graduating with a BA and MA in Journalism and was a member of Delta Delta Delta Sorority.
Lou Ann moved to Tyler in 1973 and began her career with Brookshire Grocery Company in the Advertising department and retired as a category manager.
Lou Ann was a very active member of TASCA (Tyler Area Senior Citizens Association). She served on the board and orchestrated several successful fund raising events.
Celebration of her life will be held at a later date.

Lou Ann was my neighbor until the 8th grade. We shared many fun times together jumping rope, playing tag, jacks, and hide and seek. I always enjoyed catching up with her at our reunions.
