Curtis Lee Obituary

Curtis Doyle Lee died peacefully at home in his sleep on March 23, 2026. Doyle was born on August 26, 1936 in Cleburne, Texas. He graduated from Handley High School in 1954, from Texas Wesleyan University with a B.S. Degree in 1958, and from University of Houston with a Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree in 1970. Doyle worked as a teacher and coach and practiced law for 25 years in Tarrant and Dallas Counties. He served 8 as a Justice of the Peace in Tarrant County.



Doyle loved watching sports, playing golf, and spending time with his children and grandchildren. Doyle is survived by his wife of 59 years, Martha Lee, daughter Karla Lee (Nashville), son Phil Lee (North Richland Hills), and daughter Lisa Berry (Burleson), along with six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Celebration of life for Doyle will be Friday, April 10th with visitation at 9am and memorial service at 10am. Bluebonnet Hills, 5725 Colleyville Blvd, Colleyville TX.
