Kimmey, Frances Lucretia

Frances Lucretia Kimmey, 85, of New Carlisle, Fran passed away unexpectedly to natural causes on January 24, 2025. She was born May 9, 1939, in Fairborn, to the late Pearl and Raymond Rowe. She is survived by her husband of 60 years Richard Kimmey; three sons and daughters-in-law George and Wanda Gaston, Steve and Donna Gaston and Danny and Kelly Kimmey; a daughter and son-in-law Cathy and Mark Spencer. She was affectionately known as Granny Franny to 13 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. She has been a faithful Jehovah's Witness for over 57 years. Fran will be remembered as a good cook, a great gardener, and a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Visitation will be held Thursday, January 30, 2025 from 11am-1pm with the funeral to honor Fran beginning at 1:00pm at Trostel, Chapman, Dunbar & Fraley Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. Expressions of sympathy may be made at www.trostelchapman.com.
