Bambi Conrad Obituary

Bambi Lynn Conrad SUMMERVILLE - Bambi Lynn Conrad, 65, of Summerville, SC, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 24, 2025, surrounded by family. She was born on December 26, 1959 in Fairfield, CA. She was the daughter of Barbara Bruhnke and the late Bernhard Bruhnke. Bambi graduated from Zweibrucken High School and later earned her Associate's degree in finance. She then started her career in education, working as an accountant until her retirement. She married the love of her life, Jeffrey Scott Conrad, Sr., and they spent almost 47 years together. She had many enjoyments in life including cooking, shopping for others, biking, traveling and most importantly, spending time with her beloved family. She would always find a reason to get the family together for a game night. Bambi also enjoyed helping others and many times, would go without for others in need. She loved mind games, especially puzzles. Bambi had a caring and nurturing soul like no other. Her family was her pride and joy which provided her with purpose in life. She was a much beloved wife, mother and friend who will be greatly missed. Bambi is survived by her loving husband, Jeffrey Conrad; her mother, Barbara Bruhnke; her children: Crystal Conrad (Thomas Sinclair) and Jeffrey Conrad, Jr.; her siblings: Pam Bruhnke, Linda Koewers, Dana Bruhnke (Kay), Michael Martin, Robin Prince, Michelle Cornwell and Susan Lopez (Matthew). A gathering of family and friends will be held on Saturday, March 8, 2025, from 6pm to 8pm at James A. Dyal Funeral Home, 303 South Main Street, Summerville, SC 29483.
