Ricky Wykoff Obituary

Ricky Lee Wykoff, 62, of Huntingdon, passed away peacefully Sunday, February 15, 2026.

He was born on September 10, 1962, at Maple Avenue Hospital in DuBois, a son of the late Dale and Joan (Rosborough) Wykoff.

Ricky was a 1981 graduate of DuBois Area High School. Following graduation, he proudly served his country in the United States Air Force from 1981 to 1985, where he worked as First Security Police and was stationed at Langley Air Force Base in Virginia.

He retired from SCI Smithfield after 25 years.

Ricky married his loving wife, Lisa (Bojalad) Wykoff, February 14, 1987; his children, Aaron Wykoff (Sarah Foreman), Andrew Wykoff, and Erica (Justin) Schopp; and his three beloved grandchildren, Blake, Jaxon, and Lux, who were the light of his life. He is also survived by his brother, Dennis Wykoff, and his sister, Brenda Queen, numerous nieces and nephews.

Ricky was a devoted father and grandfather who loved nothing more than spending time with his children and grandchildren and faithfully attending all of their sporting events. He enjoyed tying flies and fly fishing, and he was a lifelong fan of the Pittsburgh Pirates and Steelers.

Above all, Ricky will be remembered for his love of family, his dedication to those he cared about, and the pride he had in his children and grandchildren. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

A 3 p.m. memorial service for Ricky Lee Wykoff will be held on Friday, February 20, 2026, at Richard H. Searer Funeral Home, Inc., with Pastor Brad Zembower officiating. Friends will be received at the funeral home on Friday, February 20, 2026, from 1 p.m. until the time of service. Contributions in Ricky's memory may be made in care of the family to Richard H.
