Ray and family: My prayers are with you as you face the coming days, weeks and years without Mary. The Lord will be with you every step of the way. I have had 3 years without Bud so I know what you are facing. It isn't easy but you will come through it with help from a lot of friends and your faith.

Mary was my newest friend and a dear one. She welcomed us to the neighborhood with more than open arms - with her whole heart. We will miss her fantastic sense of humor, loving on our dogs, and promise to cheer extra loud at the KU and Royals games to honor her legacy. Ray - we'll be here for you every step of the way through these tough days until you can feel her spirit shining brightly around you - I have no doubts that the love you two share is longer and stronger than from here to heaven. Love Cassie, Marcelo, Bonnie and Clyde

Mary was one of my very dear and special friends. I miss her already. The comfort I have about this very great loss is knowing she is no longer suffering but full of joy being in the presence of her Savior and Lord who she loved dearly!

I am very sorry for your loss. She will be missed by many. I will always remember her long fingernails. I always thought that was cool when I was in junior high and high school.

My Christian sister was called home to her mansion in the sky. Mary will always be near to my heart and be remembered daily. Was I ready for her to go home to her heavenly Father; absolutely not. Will she be healthy and happy now; definitely yes. We shared so many wonderful times together, and I'm going to miss having a “partner in crime”. The memories that I have from our time together will never be taken from me. I will hold those near to my heart and find happiness in them. Rest in peace in our Heavenly Fathers arms, my darling sister. Love Sissy

Mary was one of my all time favorite people. She was always excited to see me when I saw her at church. I just wish I had seen her more often in the last year. My prayers go out to Ray and the rest of the family.
