A private family service will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, Sue wishes for continued support of JJ’s ministry https://give.serge.org/s/donate/a1eRb000000nRFvIAM/51138-worker

She passed after her daughter read the following:

“Death need not be cause for ultimate dismay.
Death is not, and will never be, the end.
Christ has already seen to that.

There is joy that awaits.
There is a hope that lights this darkness.
There is a journey that leads us inevitably to the great declaration:

Christus Victor!
Christ victorious!
Christ has conquered death!

All praise be his.
All glory, his own.”

On behalf on my mother (Karen Conyers) and I- we would like to extend our condolences to the family. We had no clue! We tried contacting her sister to ask about Sue, as we were both worried about her but never received a response. Sue worked alongside my mother in various nursing home settings, and they stayed in touch over time via Facebook, and random visits on the job site. May her soul rest in peace.

I know Sue will be missed. Sue was one of the reasons I joined the Appomattox Rescue Squad myself. She would answer the call and jump right into action doing all she could do for the patient. We ran many calls together and along with her dad Ray. Now they will be together again both with there infectious laughs. Prayers going out for all the families and friends.
