I am blessed to be one of Ralph's neices, and he was the best listener when I talked with him about anything. Ralph was always positive, smiling, funny and caring and I will miss him so much. Uncle Ralph was a brilliant light shining in this world and he loved his family more than anything. I send my condolences to David, Dan and Ann with the loss of their wonderful Dad, my Uncle Ralph. May the good Lord give you all peace with his passing at this difficult time.

I think I can speak for at least a hundred other guys who worked at Farmland Industries when I say that Ralph had that extremely rare quality that he could be your supervisor & your best friend all at the same time. His constant smile & quick wit always brought sunshine into the room. If the world were all filled with "Ralphs" we would indeed have a great world to live in. He touched so many lives, he was an unsurpassed class act. We will miss him dearly. May you rest in peace our dear friend & there is no doubt in my mind whatsoever that he has gone to the Lord's side.
